We do not add any preservatives in our products. We recommend that it to be consumed within 2 days in the refrigerator (not freezer!). The storage condition may also affect the freshness of the cakes. It is best to be consumed on the day you purchase the swiss roll as they are baked with natural ingredients and no preservatives.
Yes, as our swiss rolls are made freshly and we use fresh cream.
Yes, we are Halal-Certified!
You will receive it in 3 working days from placing the order. We will be sending you a Whatsapp message the day before the delivery. For special requests, please leave a remark with your order and our team will get back to you the soonest.

As we bake our swiss roll daily, we would recommend to order 3 working days in advance to prepare your order.
For precise timing delivery, we have to make arrangement with our courier and it’s subjected to availability. Please check with us in advance so we may advise accordingly. Do also note that there will be a surcharge of $20 on top of normal delivery charges.

Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances and weather conditions, we will try our best to deliver at the requested time slot but we will not be able to guarantee the exact timing.

Unfortunately, our system will not be able to cater to multiple location per order. Please place individual order for multiple location delivery.

We do not deliver to Jurong Island, Tuas and Sentosa for individual order. For bulk order delivery, please check with us.
Delivery fees will be from S$8 onwards per location and we offer free delivery above S$50.

Our delivery is handled by specialized delivery team who will ensure optimum condition for the swiss roll.
